Located on a six-acre site overlooking the Hudson River in Westchester County, Riverview was established in 1984/85 and consists of 59 condominium townhomes in ten buildings along a private street named Hudson View Hill.

The complex has been self-managed since inception.  It is administered by a nine-member volunteer Board of Directors who are also homeowners resident in the complex.  Amenities include a swimming pool.  It is located in the Ossining School District in the Village of Ossining, New York, approximately 30 miles north of Manhattan.
